Home buyers will notice a wide range of older houses, with their particular cachet, as well as an attractive range of housing prices. The development of some parts of the borough has broadened its real estate offer. Pierrefonds-Roxboro is quite accessible to many work areas in the West Island and Montréal’s inner core, thanks to highway 13, commuter trains, and Gouin Boulevard.
